Expert Platform Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the AIHire365 expert application and supplement your Independent Contractor Agreement (D6). Where these Terms conflict with the ICA on commercial matters, the ICA controls.
1. Your account
1.1 You may hold one expert account, registered with accurate and current information.
1.2 You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. Use multi-factor authentication where offered and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
1.3 You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
2. Acceptable use of the application
You will not: misuse the application; scrape or extract data except through supported features; reverse-engineer or attempt to access source code or models; circumvent security or access controls; upload malware; or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Platform. Detailed confidentiality and data-handling rules are in the NDA (D7) and the Code of Conduct (D9).
3. Assignments, availability, and conduct
3.1 You may accept or decline assignment offers, set your availability, and reschedule subject to the rules and timeframes in the application.
3.2 Reliability. Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or failures to deliver scorecards on time may affect your eligibility for future assignments and, where stated, your fees.
3.3 You will conduct interviews in accordance with the Fair Assessment & Code of Conduct (D9).
4. Recordings, content, and data
4.1 Interviews are recorded; your conduct, scorecards, and recordings are handled as described in the Privacy Policy (D1) and the ICA (D6).
4.2 Intellectual property in your assessment outputs is governed by the IP Assignment (D8).
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, the ICA, the NDA, or the Code of Conduct, or where your conduct poses a risk to candidates, customers, or the Platform. You may stop using the application at any time, subject to completing assignments you have accepted.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
6.1 The application is provided on a commercially-reasonable basis and may be updated, interrupted, or changed. We do not guarantee a minimum volume of assignments or any particular earnings.
6.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from these Terms is subject to the limitations in the ICA (D6 §10).
7. Changes and governing law
7.1 We may update these Terms with notice; material changes are re-accepted through the in-app re-consent gate.
7.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, subject to mandatory local law that applies to you.
